My name is Najla, I am a passionate advocate for integrative and Eastern wellness, with an educational background in Ayurveda. My journey began after facing a series of health challenges that conventional approaches couldn’t fully resolve. Eastern medicine led me to a deeper understanding that true wellness isn’t just physical, it is multidimensional. It is the harmony of mind, body, and soul, what I refer to as the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of the self, each aligning in equilibrium with one’s environment. The world thrives in equilibrium, and because we, too, are made of the same elements, so do we.

I wrote Life in 3D to share the wisdom I’ve gathered over the years of self-study and lived experience. As you journey through each layer of the book, my hope is that it offers you the tools and insights needed to elevate your quality of life – to feel extraordinary. To feel at home in your own skin, vibrant in your energy, connected to your life force, and grounded in a deep sense of ease, clarity, and inner harmony with yourself and the world around you. To finally feel and experience what it means to be fully alive in every moment, and at peace with your entire being. I hope this book leaves you better than when you found it, or perhaps, when it found you.

Life in 3D is a guide to holistic living across three dimensions – the physical, emotional, and spiritual. Rooted in Eastern wisdom and enriched with modern insights, the book guides the reader through the three layers, offering insights and practices to nourish each layer of the self and restore balance and harmony.

By nourishing and thus quieting the essential needs of each layer, we awaken a sense of calm, vitality, and clarity within. We can attune to the subtle whispers of the soul, and in doing so, we come to know true wellness.
